Despite the rise of digital media, physical books still make up 70% of circulated materials in Weber County. And contrary to popular belief, young people are among the library’s most frequent visitors, with over half of Gen Zers and millennials visiting a public library in the past year.
Wangsgard recognizes the importance of engaging with children and teens early on to foster a love of learning. By providing a welcoming and diverse array of programs and resources, the library is able to connect with the community on multiple levels.
